Saturation Point

Have a look at those pictures.They are an artwork of Philip Toledate.
Firstly look at kind of colorchemes he used (form bottom to the top).The first picture is completementary right?
THe second one is split completemantary
The third on is completementary again
The final is Anagolous or maybe not,Im notsure
I like the way they change satuaration of background and emphasis the main point of images in difference kinds of colour scheme
Some special effect here if we look carefully like tears drop,blood....its kinda wear because he changed the colour but we still recognize them quite well=> fantastic

Scary text

The previous assigment flash of DIm 2 was used this tutorial to create the text for the title.Let have a look






Description: This tutorial will show you how to create text that look like its formed by carefully shaped and layed out guts and intestines.

	Ok, lets start a new document size around 700px by 500px. Press "D" on the keyboard to reset the color pallete to black and white. Then go to Filter->Render->Clouds
	Now choose your "type" tool and type in your text. Choose a bold font, and make it BIG, I chose IMPACT font and size 240px.
	Now we need to load the text as a selection. Move your mouse over the "T" icon of the text layer in the layers pallete, then hold down CTRL and click on the icon. this will create a selection around the text.
	Now you need to delete the text layer, just right click on the text layer, and choose "Delete Layer", this will leave you only the background layer with the cloud filter, and the text is gone, just the selection of the text.
	Now go to Select->Feather and enter 10 for radius. Note: i enter 5 for this image, but if your text is smaller, use a smaller value. Now go to Filter->Render-> Difference Clouds. Press CTRL+F two times to reapply the filter. Now you can deselect the selection, press CTRL+D
	Now go to Filter->Stylize->Glowing Edges. Width: 5 Brightness: 7 Smoothness: 8
	Apply Filter->Artistic->Plastic Wrap Highlight Strength: 10 Detail: 9 Smoothness: 3 Press CTRL+F to reapply the filter. Depending on how much details/guts you want on it, you can press CTRL+F several times to reapply the filter.
	Now to colorize the image, go to Image->Adjustments->color balance. Shadows: [ +80 ] [ 0 ] [ -25 ] Midtones: [ +80 ] [ 0 ] [ -25 ] Highlights: [ +80 ] [ 0 ] [ - 25 ]

Playing around with Layer and blending option

Well, this image was created in the last semester in the bookcover assigment.Now I'm gonna explain steps which are invoked.
As you see there are many layers but I will separate them into 3 : the main girl layer, background layer and hands layer.Firstly, with the girl layer, I tended to adjust the saturation of the image and then changed color of the kimono which is basically in blue.Then I you extract to cut out the background
The same work with the background image but one important thing you need to know that is you have to make the background layer match color with the girl layer,so that it could be unify.
Finally I took some pictures of long nails hands^_^ and change color,cut out put some layerstyle like drop shadow...
Well now we have an red girl sleeping in the forest

Color scheme

This is an example for colour scheme.I found an application called Color wheel pro.This program is very useful in indenfifying color scheme and it also have example for each type of color scheme."Color Wheel Pro is the only tool that allows you to see color theory in action: you can create harmonious color schemes and preview them on real-world examples. Blending option and mask pratice

After the first tutorial which teaches us about how to use mask and adjust opacity.I need to practice more so I tried to arrange layers of the photograph of my friend and a wallpaper .
Firstly I came of with an idea to make some thing dark and mysterious.Violet is the best colour tho express the feel of devil.The idea is existing in human,it always contains 2 opposite side:negative and positive.
I adjust the saturation of the image of my friend first and then use history brush to get back to the original colour of her lips( pink/violet).Then put that layer into the layer of a wallpaper and insert ed a mask and changed the blending option until it looks compatible with each others
Now I got the nice picture.Let's have a look

Logo design

Our task for Electronic image class is design 3 logos for different type of photograph: portrait, Wedding and landscape
Firstly I looked at some other logo design and I realized that logo should be in line art .Because logo can be put wherever, so it has to be quite simple and easily stands out from other things.Then I wrote down some details that usually appeared in landscape images: Flower, sun, mountain...and logo must has colours of nature and mixing with curses so that it could be pliant like sharp of mountain.I also add a circle to symbolize the sun.
Next, a portrait photograph logo, at vietnam we have a proverb" the eyes are the window of your soul".So that, a portrait photograph almost express emotion of the eyes.I tended to draw an eye and then made the iris a little bit looks like letter "P" of portrait
Finally ,An weeding logo.There are many symbol for wedding like rings, wedding dress, flower, diamond.....And I liked to depict the graceful, softly wedding dress, it also looks like wedding- favour
